Marsden Manor is a large and spacious home that can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for a family getaway.

It is in a prime central location, with various amenities nearby. Guests can easily access restaurants, bars, a town pool, and a stadium within a short distance of the property. Additionally, there is a supermarket, a pizza store, and more just a 5-minute walk away. And a fish and chip shop 1 min away.

Marsden Manor has 3 large spacious bedrooms, as well as a second lounge area which has a Queen bed and a Sofa in it.

2x heat pump / aircon units to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Each room has an Eco panel wall heater to keep the chill off.

All beds have electric blankets on them for that extra warmth/comfort when needed.

Spacious yard and large swimming pool with plenty of off street parking for your boat, trailer or caravan if needed.

Netflix and TV channels 1,2,3 are complimentary and pre logged into the TV and ready to use. The TV is a 65" smart TV. Disney plus, YouTube, neon etc. are pre downloaded but you will need your own log in to access these.

One of the highlights of this property is the large swimming pool at the rear, which is 1.3 meters deep. This provides a great opportunity for guests to relax and enjoy themselves during their stay.

There is also plenty of off-street parking available, ensuring convenience for those traveling by car. The spacious yard with a nice lawn adds to the overall appeal of this space.

The second lounge has a Queen sized bed in it and a couch. This room is open plan and doesn't have a door to close.

"Please be aware that the kitchen bench top is NOT heat resistant or heat proof. Please DO NOT place any hot pans, pots or any other hot items directly on the benchtop" there are 2 silicone pot mats to be used to put hot items onto if needed.
